Ingredients Cucina


📍   Onion cut into small cubes.

📍   4 cloves of garlic, cut into small cubes.

📍   2 tablespoons chopped parsley small pieces.

📍   2 tablespoons coriander chopped small pieces.

📍   1 teaspoon salt.

📍   1/2 teaspoon black pepper.

📍   1/2 teaspoon Hill.

📍   1/2 teaspoon marjoram.

📍  1/2 teaspoon paprika.

📍   1 teaspoon nutmeg.

📍   1 teaspoon dry chili.

📍   1tablespoon mixed spices.

📍   Chicken breasts boiled and cut into small pieces.

📍   1 tablespoon of margarine.

📍   A glass of liquid milk.

📍   A cup of chicken broth.

📍   2 cups of flour.

📍   Scrambled egg.

📍   Caring.

📍   Vegetable oil.


How Prepare Cucina 

📌   Put a spoonful of margarine in a pan on the fire, until it melts.

📌   Put the chopped onion on the pan, and continue stirring until  it becomes golden, then

        put the chopped garlic on it, and stir until it smells strong.

📌    Put the salt, black pepper, cardamom, marjoram, nutmeg, dry chili, and spices over the onion 

        and garlic.Stir in the stirring.

📌   Place the boiled and chopped chicken breasts and stir until the ingredients are homogeneous.

📌   Place two tablespoons of parsley and two tablespoons of chopped coriander to the previous 

       filling, and stir until the ingredients are distributed uniformly, so the filling is ready.




📌   In a saucepan, put a tablespoon of margarine, leave a little until it melts, then add a cup of pre-

        prepared chicken broth and a glass of liquid milk.

📌   Add a spoonful of paprika and salt to the previous mixture, and stir constantly until the mixture 

       starts to boil.

📌   After the mixture has boiled, gradually add the flour, the mixture begins to hold, and the dough 

       begins to form.

📌   Continue stirring several times, until the dough is firm and homogeneous, without the smell of 

        flour.

📌   Set aside to cool, then knead for 10 minutes to a quarter of an hour, until smooth.

📌   Divide the dough into four equal parts.

📌   Take one of the parts, shape it into a cylinder, then cut it into small pieces.

📌   Spread the small pieces into a flat circle, fill them with filling, seal them tightly, and shape them

       like a pear, spherically with a protruding tip.





📌   Repeat this method, and make a number of cushions.

📌   Cover the dough with a plastic lid when you start making cucina, to avoid drying the 

       dough.

📌   Cover the dough with a layer of scrambled eggs, then cover with the crust.




📌   Put the vegetable oil in a deep saucepan over the heat, and leave to medium 

       temperature.

📌   Apply the cucina in the oil until it becomes reddish.

📌   Serve fried Cucina with ketchup, mayonnaise and spicy sauces.
