Ingredients to prepare a Vegetable and Chicken Dish

📍  3 Breasts (without bone and skin)

📍  1 Cup (circle clip)

📍  2 Tbsp (minced)

📍  1 Onion (sliced)




📍  2 Green Peppers (cut into boxes)

📍  1 Cup Mushrooms (canned, washed and drained)

📍  1 Cube Chicken Broth

📍  3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

📍  4 Tbsp Soy Sauce (with less salt)

📍  1 Cup of Water

📍  1/4 Tbsp White Pepper

📍  1/2 Tbsp Salt

How to prepare Vegetables and Chicken on the Chinese way




➤  Slice the chicken into longitudinal pieces and soak them with soy with salt and pepper for two

      hours.

➤  Heat the oil over high heat and stir the chicken with ginger until browned, then add onions and

      stir until tender.

➤  Add carrots, peppers, and mixture.

➤  Dissolve the chicken broth cube with water, add it to the mixture, cover the pot, and simmer for 

     15 minutes.

➤  Add the mushrooms and leave the mixture on heat for another 10 minutes until the flavors mix

     and the mixture is leveled.

➤  Serve alongside white rice or noodles.
