How to prepare pistachio cake


➤   In a saucepan, mix all ingredients together and then put them on fire until boiling.

➤   We put the mixture to cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then half and remove from the solid spices.

➤   Preheat the oven to 160 ° C and line the mold with oven paper.

➤   We distribute pistachios at the bottom of the mold.

➤   Whisk the butter with grated orange peel and sugar, then add eggs one by one while continuing

       thoroughly mixed.

➤   Add the flour in two batches, mixing with a flat plastic spoon, then distribute the mixture over

      the pistachios in the mold.

➤   Bake the cake for 35-40 minutes in a preheated oven.

➤   We turn the cake upside down, then paint its surface with the mixture that was prepared

       previously (as desired).
