Dough preparation stages

       half a cup of warm water, mix all the ingredients well.

➤   Then add a cup of natural yogurt, then add vegetable oil in the same size as a cup of yogurt.

       Also, add the yeast of sweets and salt.

➤   Mix the ingredients until the mixture is homogeneous, then add half a cup of warm water and

       then add half of the remaining flour.

➤   Mix well until the dough becomes soft and soft, then add the remaining flour gradually until the

       dough is collected well.

➤   Grease the dough with oil, cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and allow it to ferment until the

       dough has doubled in size twice.

➤   After brewing, put it on a surface sprayed with flour, then cut it into equal pieces, forming in the

       form of smooth pellets. Leave it aside.


Stages of preparing the filling



➤   In a saucepan, add onions, butter, salt, black pepper and a little olive oil.

➤   Grill the onions until they wither and change color, we keep stirring until the onion becomes

       caramel.

➤   Remove the onion from the pan, then add the carrots and grated squash with salt, black pepper

       and thyme.

➤   Grill the mixture well until it becomes like a dough, add the minced meat and half a tablespoon

       of cumin, red pepper and ginger.

➤   Stir the mixture a little, leave it a little over the heat, add the parsley and then form the minced

       meat dough in the form of circular tablets

➤   Simplify the dough balls a little, put the gossip of sauce, grated cheese and minced meat disk,

       close the sides of the dough in the middle, we continue the same way with all dough grains.

➤   We put the burger balls in a tray furnished with butter, grease the surface of the burger with egg

       yolk, then sprinkle them with sesame seeds.

➤   Insert the dish to an oven at 180 degrees for 12 minutes until the burgers are golden.
